NEW YORK, Feb 3 — With all the fanfare surrounding virtual reality headgears, Microsoft has taken that one step further by imagining what it’d be like to watch American football (NFL) on its HoloLens!
While it’s going to take a while before augmented reality headsets becomes a mainstream product, the tech giant has released a new concept video showing how its HoloLens can be used by sports fans while watching a live game on TV.
The video is certainly impressive, with game day no longer confined to one’s television screen, with 3D holograms of players, stadiums and even matches taking over your coffee table, or better still, covering your entire room!
Now imagine watching football (real football) on HoloLens! That’d be a kick, for sure.
