KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 24 — National doubles pair Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong won the Denmark Open title in Odense Sports Park, Denmark yesterday.

The duo who are currently the world's seventh ranked pair, beat Thailand's Bodin Isara-Nipitphon Phuangphuapet 14-21, 22-20, 21-19.

This was the first Super Series title bagged by the pair since their silver-medal finish at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in August.

In the match which lasted an hour, the Malaysian pair started off a bit nervous, losing the first set 14-21, however, they rallied to win the second set 22-20.
