Alan, 76, met up with actors Jackie Chan and Eric Tsang, as well as celebrity couple and singers Sally Yeh and George Lam.
“I bumped into Lau Kar Wing who directed Play Catch in the evening and who knew that at dinner, I would meet friends from Armour of God, Till Death Do We Scare and The Sound of Bang Bang as well as Sally Yeh,” he wrote in a Weibo post on Oct 24.
Alan starred alongside Eric, now 73, in the 1982 film Till Death Do We Scare.
Armour of God (1986), jointly directed by 72-year-old Jackie and Eric, also saw Jackie and Alan in the cast.
The Sound of Bang Bang, a popular Hong Kong music variety show from the 1970s, had featured Alan and George, 79.
