PARIS, Sept 11 — Katseye member Megan has urged fans to respect the group’s personal boundaries after saying someone grabbed her chest during their concert in Paris on Wednesday.

According to CNA, the incident reportedly occurred when the members entered the audience during their performance of Time Lapse to interact with fans.

“When we come down for Time Lapse, we love being able to see all of your beautiful faces and be able to hold your hands. But let’s please be respectful and don’t touch us in inappropriate areas or inappropriately,” the 20-year-old singer, who has Singaporean heritage, wrote on the fan messaging platform Weverse DM.

“Today, someone grabbed my chest and left me a bit spooked. I understand we are excited and we are too! But let’s keep it respectful so we can all share this beautiful moment safely,” she added.

Fans later condemned the alleged conduct online and called on concertgoers to behave appropriately.

Katseye began its Wildworld tour in Ireland on September 1, with four of the group’s six members currently participating.

Manon remains on hiatus, while group leader Sophia has temporarily stepped back to focus on her mental health and will not join the European leg of the tour.

Announcing Sophia’s absence on August 30, the group’s agency said its priority remained “the health and long-term well-being” of its artistes.
