KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 — After three sold-out shows in Malaysia, Indian singer Sid Sriram is returning to Kuala Lumpur for the fourth edition of his Heart & Soul concert series at Axiata Arena on July 18.

Organised by Woodmark Events, Heart & Soul 4.0 is supported by MyCreative Ventures and the Ministry of Communication, marking the latest edition of the concert series that has built a strong following among Malaysian audiences.

The concert will mark the latest Malaysian appearance by the Chennai-born, US-raised singer, whose blend of Carnatic classical music, R&B and contemporary soul has earned him a following across India and beyond.

Known for songs such as Ennodu Nee Irundhaal, Ennadi Mayavi Nee and Kadhaipomaa, Sriram has become one of the most recognisable voices in contemporary Indian music, recording songs for Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films.

Beyond streaming platforms and film soundtracks, the singer has also built a reputation for live performances that often transform familiar songs through extended improvisations, new arrangements and influences from his Carnatic music training.

His concerts are known for moving between quieter performances and powerful vocal moments, with setlists spanning themes of love, heartbreak and nostalgia.

The audience has also become a defining part of the experience, with Sriram’s previous Malaysian concerts drawing large crowds and singalongs from fans familiar with his music.

Heart & Soul 4.0 follows three previous editions of the concert series in Malaysia, reflecting the singer’s growing connection with local audiences.

Sriram began his career as a playback singer with Adiye from the 2013 Tamil film Kadal, composed by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman.

He has since worked with some of Indian cinema’s leading composers while building a parallel career as an independent artist influenced by Carnatic music, R&B, soul and contemporary pop.

The upcoming concert at Axiata Arena is expected to once again feature a live band and new interpretations of songs from across his career.

Heart & Soul 4.0 will take place at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur on July 18, with limited tickets still available for purchase via Ticket2U.
