LOS ANGELES, March 27 — Drake has broken his own streaming record with his new release More Life.
The Canadian rapper’s latest playlist earned the equivalent of 505,000 album sales in the week ending March 23, Billboard reports — the highest weekly number for any album since the star’s 2016 effort Views shifted the equivalent of 1.04 million units last May.
More Life, released on March 18, was made immediately available on Spotify upon its launch. The 22-track project features appearances from artists including Skepta, Young Thug, Travis Scott and Kanye West. — AFP-Relaxnews
