LOS ANGELES, June 25 — Welcome to ‘Love Life Lowdown’, where we see who’s been around the block with Jennifer Lopez.
J-Lo has enjoyed a prolific love life over the years, with a string of marriages.
First to say “I do” with was Cuban hunk Ojani Noa, a waiter she met in Miami while filming the thriller “Blood & Wine”. But their marriage, which took place in 1997 only lasted a year.
She later began dating US rapper Sean Combs, a.k.a. Puff Daddy, but their relationship was famously dysfunctional, and she began seeing one of her dancers, Chris Judd, before she and Sean had publicly broke up. Chris became husband number two in September 2001, but things were over just nine months later.
Next up for Jennifer was actor Ben Affleck, a relationship that sparked a media frenzy with the pair being tagged ‘Bennifer’. But despite a 1.2 million dollar engagement ring and a scheduled wedding, the whole thing was called off just hours before it was due to take place, with Affleck and Lopez eventually splitting four months later.
Husband number three came in the form of salsa king Marc Anthony, a man she’d first become romantically involved with in the late ‘90s. Married in June 2004, this union actually lasted seven years and produced two children, with the two going their separate ways in 2011.
Her next romance was with another one of her dancers, Casper Smart, a man almost twenty years her junior, however, two and a half years later, reports of infidelity on Casper’s part resulted in the couple’s split in 2014.
