TOKYO, July 29 — Oil prices jumped more than three per cent in early Asian trade today after the US military said it had intercepted multiple missiles launched by Iran.
At around 0015 GMT (8.15am Malaysia time), US benchmark West Texas Intermediate was up 3.67 per cent at US$82.17 (RM335.91)a barrel, while North Sea Brent crude had gained 3.39 per cent to US$86.94. — AFP
