KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 — The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended mostly higher today in line with the underlying cash market’s performance.

At the close, May 2023 added 2.0 points to 1,403.5, September 2023 rose 1.0 point to 1,391.0, and December 2023 gained 0.5 point to 1,391.5, but June 2023 decreased 0.5 point to 1,400.5.

Turnover declined to 35,960 lots from 46,833 lots on Friday, while open interest slid to 76,544 contracts from 84,737 previously.

The FBM KLCI rose 1.95 points to finish at 1,404.93 compared with 1,402.98 at Friday’s close. — Bernama
