KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 — Gas Malaysia Bhd will team up with Enigma Harmoni Sdn Bhd (EHSB) to undertake a RM4.408 million project to construct a gas distribution pipeline.
It said the project was expected to be completed by November 30, 2014 or 12 months from the signing of the agreement, which ever comes first.
“In line with EHSB’s operations and maintenance of airport terminal business, the agreement will provide a steady supply of natural gas for EHSB’s operations,” it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
EHSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MMC Corporation Bhd.
MMC is also the major shareholder of Gas Malaysia via its unit, Anglo Oriental (Annuities) Sdn Bhd, with a 30.93 per cent equity interest in Gas Malaysia. — Bernama
