KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 — UK-based Weir Group will invest £70 million (RM353 million) in Seremban Industrial Park to build a new plant.
In a statement today, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, a property developer in Negri Sembilan, said this will be one of the largest engineering investments in Malaysia by a UK engineering firm.
Weir will expand its workforce from 400 to 1,000 people over a period of three years, it said. — Bernama
