ALOR GAJAH, Sept 27 — A woman was left heartbroken after finding her fiancé lying lifeless in his home, having failed to reach him since last night.
The 38-year-old went to his house in Simpang Ampat around 11am today after growing anxious when her calls went unanswered, Harian Metro (HM) reported.
Alor Gajah district police chief Superintendent Ahmad Abu Bakar said she had gone to the man’s residence to look for him after being unable to contact him.
“On arriving, she entered the house through a window and found him inside the unit before calling for an ambulance. Further checks confirmed he had died,” he told HM.
The victim, who worked at a factory, is believed to have been living alone at the property.
