KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 — His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, today received and reviewed the 2026 Auditor-General’s Reports on the federal and state governments’ financial management and activities.

The reports were presented to the King by Auditor-General Datuk Seri Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi during an audience at Istana Bukit Tunku here today.

Sultan Ibrahim was presented with the Auditor-General’s Report 2/2026 on the Federal Government Financial Statements for 2025.

He was also presented with the Auditor-General’s Report 2/2026 on the activities of federal ministries and departments, as well as reports covering the financial statements of state governments and agencies, activities of state ministries, departments and agencies, and the management of state government companies.

The King subsequently reviewed the reports in keeping with his concern over governance and the management of the country’s finances.
