PUTRAJAYA, July 2 — The Home Ministry’s MyNIISe application has recorded more than 19.48 million QR transactions at the Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI) and Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (KSAB, Johor) as of June 28, 2026, said Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

He said the app, which facilitates faster immigration clearance, has been downloaded 2.4 million times, with 1.27 million registered users.

“The growing use of digital lanes has eased congestion at the country’s two main entry points,” he said in a statement.

Saifuddin added that the initiative has also been extended to five major airports nationwide, where 5.59 million transactions have been recorded.

He said the MyNIISe rollout reflects the Madani Government’s commitment to performance and delivery, ensuring reforms translate into more efficient services that directly benefit the public.

“Digital transformations such as MyNIISe will continue to be strengthened to improve service delivery, ease daily affairs and enhance the efficiency of Malaysia’s immigration system,” he said.
