Thunderstorms and heavy rain this afternoon in parts of Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu, Johor and Negeri Sembilan

KUALA LUMPUR, June 4 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in five states until 3pm today.

MetMalaysia in a statement today announced that the situation is occurring in Terengganu (Dungun and Kemaman), Pahang (Jerantut) and Selangor (Hulu Langat).

Similar conditions are also expected to hit Negeri Sembilan (Jelebu, Kuala Pilah, Jempol and Tampin) and Johor (Segamat, Kluang, Mersing, Pontian, Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru). — Bernama
