MetMalaysia issues evening thunderstorm and heavy rain warning for Pahang, Johor and Sabah 

KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in three states until 7pm today.

In a post on Facebook, MetMalaysia said that the bad weather is expected to hit Pahang, involving Jerantut, Temerloh, Maran, Kuantan, Bera, Pekan and Rompin.

The same warning was also issued in Johor involving the Mersing area, while in Sabah, the area expected to be hit by the bad weather is Sandakan (Telupid and Beluran). — Bernama
