KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim invites the public to the Perak Malaysia Madani Aidilfitri Open House at Sunway Lost World of Tambun, in Ipoh, on Thursday.
In his Facebook post, Anwar, who is the Tambun member of parliament, said the event will begin at 6.30pm.
“Take advantage of this Aidilfitri get-together with love and a friendly attitude, and get to know each other,” said the prime minister, who also shared a poster of the open house.
According to the poster, the event, which will end at 11pm, features local pop legend Datuk Jamal Abdillah, and the country’s queen of rock, Ella, as well as several other local artistes.
Besides these performers, actress and TV host Sherry Ibrahim as well as Hero Remaja 2020 winner, Nadhir Nasar will be special guests.
As of now, the Malaysia Madani Aidilfitri Open House events have been held in Kedah, Negeri Sembilan, Penang and Kelantan, while it will be held in Terengganu tonight and in Selangor tomorrow. — Bernama
