KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 20 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim urged federal lawmakers to be on their best behaviour while debating, after Dewan Rakyat fell into pandemonium on its first day of reopening yesterday.

The Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman said he has instructed Deputy Prime Minister ll Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof as the government’s Parliamentary whip chief to advise lawmakers on his side.

"I hope that the Opposition Parliamentary whip chief would do the same because we can debate and argue.

"But we need to take care of this noble House because we know that the people are watching and we don’t want it to be labelled as 'circus' on social media,” he told the Dewan Rakyat here.
