BALIK PULAU, Oct 16 ― One of four people charged with committing obscene acts over the controversial “Penang Nude Sports Game”, will be applying for her case to be dropped when prosecution papers of the case arrive.

Counsel Jason Khor, who represents Teh Guan Hoon said he will write to the Attorney-General to have the case against his client dropped.

“I will either write in to have her case dropped or for the AG to consider an alternative charge against her,” he told reporters after the case against the four came up for mention at the Magistrate's Court  this morning.

Khor said he will need to go through the prosecution papers for details of the case against his client before writing to the AG.The papers are expected soon.
