KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 16 — Talent Corporation Malaysia Bhd (TalentCorp) today launched the 'Career Comeback Campaign' with the objective of encouraging women to return to the workforce.
The campaign, which will run for two months from today to February 14, 2014, is targeted at women on a career break who are looking to return to employment, TalentCorp said in a statement.
Supported by myStarJob and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Hearts Programme, this initiative supports the government’s efforts to increase women's labour participation to 55 per cent in 2015 by attracting and retaining highly qualified women in the workforce.
The initiative will connect women on a career break with various professional women’s networks and create greater public awareness of the full-time and flexible job opportunities that can help women to balance their personal and professional commitments.
The Career Comeback Campaign will see the participation of more than 10 leading employers including Accenture, Astro, CIMB, Citibank, DRB-HICOM, PwC and Siemens.
Employers who would like to be a part of this campaign can write in to flexWorkLife.my team at [email protected] — Bernama
