KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 13 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today thanked his Facebook friends, who now number two million, for their support and criticism over the past few years.
“It thrills me to learn that two million people have gone with me on my Facebook journey since it began in 2009. Thank you for all the encouragement, support and even criticism on my page over the past four years,” he said in a Facebook post today.
A special cover photograph was also put up on the prime minister’s Facebook page, featuring the ‘Jalur Gemilang’ national flag made from the thumbnails of his followers whom he described as ‘nation-builders’.
Najib (picture) also dedicated a special microsite to his Facebook friends to commemorate their support towards nation-building efforts at http://1malaysia.com.my/2millionFB/
