KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 11 — The Malay Mail’s weekend paper, The Weekly Runner, created a stir on the streets of KL today.

As part of its launch event, zombies, pyjama girls and conjoined twins swarmed the streets... engaging with the public and getting them to find out what The Weekly Runner is all about.

The Weekly Runner’s launch celebration continued later at Ikano Power Centre (IPC) and Publika, Solaris Dutamas.

The Weekly Runner is packed with weekly news highlights, community happenings, arts and culture, entertainment, motoring sports, health and wellness, home and living and much more to provide an enriching weekend reading experience.

“We want to change how a paper should operate within the community,” says Redberry media group commercial director, Rajjish Verrom.

The Weekly Runner hit hot high-traffic pick-up points like convenient stores, hotels, educational institutes, hypermarkets, office buildings, train stations and shopping malls.
