KUALA LUMPUR, July 1 — Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) is gearing up for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Global, announcing that it will be present at the two‑day event taking place at KLCC Park on July 11 and 12.

In a post on X, the rail operator invited festival‑goers to “jumpa kami di sana” and encouraged attendees to plan their journeys using its MyRailtime app. The event, part of the global Pokémon GO Fest calendar, is expected to draw large crowds of players and visitors to the city centre.

KTMB’s participation adds a local touch to the international gaming event, which typically features special in‑game activities, exclusive Pokémon encounters and community gatherings. The company did not provide further details on its on‑ground activities but urged the public to “jom datang dan meriahkan bersama,” signalling promotional or engagement efforts during the festival.

Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Global is set to transform KLCC Park into a hotspot for fans of the augmented‑reality game, with KTMB positioning itself as a transport partner for attendees travelling into the city.
