PETALING JAYA, Nov 2 — Australian-based cosmetics entrepreneur Nur Sajat Kamaruzzaman is offering a new price for prospective buyers interested to buy her bungalow in Kota Damansara.

Shared via her Instagram story, the 37-year-old is scratching off RM2.5 million from the initial asking price of RM9.5 million for the double-storey bungalow after it failed to gain any interest.

She first revealed her plan to auction off the bungalow back in February this year.

“I am currently selling the bungalow at a year-end discount price of RM7 million. It is also available for rent at RM23,000 per month. Prices are still negotiable.

“For interested buyers, they will provide free lawyers and bank loan stamp duty to ensure the smooth process of the transaction,” Sajat said in her post.

According to New Straits Times, Sajat bought the bungalow from fellow cosmetics entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman back in 2017 for RM7.5 million.

Previously, Sajat also shared that she had purchased two apartments in Australia with one unit costing over A$500,000 (RM1.5 million) back in June.

After being hounded by religious authorities over her gender identity back home, the transgender entrepreneur made headlines previously after she revealed she had been granted asylum in Australia back in October 2021.
