PARIS, Jan 28 — With springtime around the corner, the rich and heady notes of winter scents are progressively giving way to fresher, more invigorating fragrances. One new scent breezing in with the season is Miu Miu’s “L’Eau Rosée,” a fragrance for bold, free, independent and carefree women, due out from February.

With this Eau de Toilette, Miu Miu offers a new twist on its first perfumes “Miu Miu Eau de Parfum” and “Miu Miu L’Eau Bleue,” this time channeling a fresh, dewy, spring-like breeze of signature floral aromas.

Developed by perfumer Daniela Andrier — who created fragrances such as Fragonard “Fleur d’Oranger” and Prada “Prada Candy” — the fragrance has notes of lily of the valley, plus soft and sparkling blackcurrant buds, as well as musk aromas.

In keeping with previous Miu Miu fragrances, the “L’Eau Rosée” bottle has a quilted effect, nodding to the luxury label’s handbags. With its translucent finish, the bottle offers a glimpse of the soft pink scent within, contrasting with the bottle’s navy blue neck and the creamy opaque disc that sits on the cap.

The fragrance campaign is fronted by the brand’s muse, Franco-British actress Stacy Martin, as well as Chinese model Sijia Kang. Together, they make an impromptu getaway in a short film written and directed by Rebecca Zlotowski. Campaign ads are shot by Alasdair McLellan.
