Vance leaves Pakistan after 21‑hour US–Iran talks yield no deal

ISLAMABAD, April 12 — US Vice President JD Vance is departing Pakistan today, according to a pool report, soon after saying that talks with Iran failed to reach an agreement.

Vance boarded Air Force Two at 7.08am (0208 GMT/10.08am Malaysian time) and waved to Pakistani officials from the top of the stairs. — AFP
