BERLIN, March 1 — An earthquake of magnitude 5.8 struck Kyushu, in Japan, the German Research Centre ⁠for Geosciences ⁠said today.

The ⁠quake was ⁠at a depth of ⁠122 km (75.81 miles), ⁠GFZ ⁠said. — Reuters
