Suicide blast at Pakistan mosque kills at least 30, over 130 wounded

ISLAMABAD, Feb 6 — A suicide attack at a mosque in Pakistan’s capital city Islamabad killed at least 30 people and wounded more than 130 today, a police source told AFP.

Dozens of people were seen by AFP journalists arriving at a major hospital with bloodstained clothes and visible injuries.

The police source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the toll was “expected to rise further”. — AFP
