SEOUL, May 21 — South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol said today global efforts shepherding the emerging technology of artificial intelligence (AI) must ensure it is safe and does no harm to the ideals of democracy or global social well-being.

Yoon was speaking at a global summit on artificial intelligence, jointly hosted by the South Korean leader and British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. — Reuters
