KYIV, May 8 — Ukraine’s parliament today passed a bill allowing mobilisation of some categories of convicts, lawmakers said.

"Those convicted of premeditated murder, rape, sexual violence, and crimes against the national security will not be mobilised,” Oleksiy Honcharenko, one of the parliamentarians, said on Telegram. — Reuters
