French and Italian defence ministers urge more European coordination on Red Sea

PARIS, Jan 16 — France and Italy’s defence ministers agreed during a phone call on the need for more Franco-Italian cooperation for dealing with the current problems in the Red Sea, the French defence ministry said in a statement.

The ministers also agreed there should be more European co-coordination on tackling the Red Sea maritime problems. — Reuters
