German coalition suspends talks, fails to resolve disputes

BERLIN, March 27 — Negotiations between Germany’s three coalition partners have been postponed until today after they failed to reach agreement on points of contention, a source told Reuters today.

A spokesperson for the Social Democrats (SPD) also confirmed the postponement of talks, saying that they had been interrupted due to the German-Dutch government consultations in Rotterdam taking place later in the day. — Reuters
