SINGAPORE, Aug 23 — The body of former President SR Nathan arrived at his family home for a private wake this morning. 

Nathan, 92, died last night at the Singapore General Hospital, following a stroke he suffered over two weeks ago. 

Nathan’s body will lie in state at the Parliament House from Thursday to noon on Friday.

The public may pay their last respects at Parliament House from 10am to 8pm on Thursday.

A State Funeral will take place at 4pm on Friday. — TODAY
