MARCH 19 — I refer to Kelantan Pakatan government tabling of the Kelantan Syariah Criminal Code (II) 2015 in the state assembly today.

The bill was unanimously approved by all the state assemblyman, including the sole PKR Kelantan state assemblyman YB Roslan Puteh.

The decision of PKR to support Hudud laws is surprising and revealed the true color of PKR.

Previously, PKR leaders had always claim that Hudud laws are not part of Pakatan common policy framework and have behaved as if they are in the dark over the implementation of Hudud laws in Kelantan.

So, why didn’t PKR stop their assemblyman from voting in favour of Hudud laws in Kelantan?

Will PKR also support the implementation of Hudud laws in other Pakatan states in Malaysia?

PKR owes an immediate explanation to all Malaysians over this matter.

If PKR is really not in favour of Hudud laws, then they should immediately sack their Kelantan state assemblyman for violating their party’s policy.  

PKR should be truthful to all Malaysians on their stand towards Hudud laws.
