SINGAPORE, Dec 21 — Male travellers can now get some pampering when they transit through Changi Airport.

In a world first, men can get a complimentary hot towel shave, as well as a head and face massage, at the Male Grooming Club, a retail pop-up store that offers a range of pre-flight pampering and grooming services for all males travelling through the Terminal 3 Transit Area, said Philips and L’Oreal Paris Men Expert in a joint press release yesterday.

Grooming advisers will also be on site for customers to get on the best shaving and skincare products for their needs.

"With these complimentary grooming services, we hope to pamper our male travellers, making their Changi Experience a more memorable one this festive season,” said Teo Chew Hoon, senior vice president of Airside Concessions Division, Changi Airport Group.

"Traveling long distances can be a tiring affair and Philips is pleased to be able to offer men a grooming experience that will refresh and recharge them for the journey ahead,” said Steven van Dortmond, Global Business Development Manager Travel Retail, Royal Philips.

The Philips and L’Oreal Paris Men Expert partnered with the Changi Airport Group (CAG), along with travel retailers The Shilla Duty Free and Sprint-Cass.

Travellers can also enjoy exclusive promotions at the Male Grooming Club and take home selected Philips Shavers at S$50 (RM155.05) off the retail price with any purchase of a L’Oreal Paris Men Expert gift set.

Philips added that complimentary gifting services are also available along with a limited edition gift bag with any purchase of a Philips male grooming tool or L’Oreal Paris Men Expert travel retail exclusive sets. — TODAY
