AirAsia offers three million free seats to all its destinations

KUALA LUMPUR, June 12 — AirAsia is giving away up to three million promotional seats in its latest Free Seats campaign across its entire short- and long-haul network.

Starting from a base fare of RM0, excluding taxes and fees, guests can fly to any of the more than 120 destinations in 24 countries served by AirAsia and AirAsia X, the low-cost carrier said in a statement.

The promotional seats are available for booking from June 13-19, 2016 for the travel period Jan 4 to Aug 21, 2017 on AirAsia.com and mobile app.

AirAsia Group Chief Commercial Officer Siegtraund Teh said it was the perfect opportunity to explore its extensive network, which has been made all the more exciting with the addition of Shantou, Auckland, Mauritius and Tehran.

“We have also connected Johor Baru to Guangzhou and Hat Yai, as well as Penang to Yangon, in addition to increased flights from Kuala Lumpur to Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Osaka, Sapporo, Beijing, Shanghai, and Taipei,” he said.

In addition, guests on AirAsia X flights can enjoy a discount on its award-winning Premium Flatbed product, with prices starting from only RM799 one way.
