LOS ANGELES, Dec 9 ― For all you Potterheads out there, we’ve got news ― the “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” theme park is all set to open at Universal Studios Hollywood on April 7, 2016!

Inspired by JK Rowling’s beloved stories and characters, the new theme park promises to transport guests to the very places they’ve read about in the stories or watched on the silver screen.

The theme park boasts an impeccable, real-world interpretation of Harry Potter’s wizarding domain, with the famous Hogwarts castle serving as its focal point. Guests will also be able to enjoy a restaurant named Three Broomsticks, a pub called Hog’s Head and carts selling delicious “butterbeer”.

Taking centre stage will be the mother of all rides, “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey”, with the theme park’s signature attraction giving riders a new 3D, flight-simulating experience. But that's not all. Also within the theme park will be Universal Studios Hollywood’s first outdoor roller coaster, “Flight of the Hippogriff”.
