NEW YORK, May 31 — The observatory at the top of One World Trade Centre opened to the public on Friday. A ticket to take in the view, from 1,250 feet (381 metres) up, will cost US$32 (RM117). Bloomberg’s David Gura got an advance look. How do other observatories compare? — Bloomberg
