KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — Malindo Air will operate its newly launched Malacca to Kota Baru route four times weekly, that is, on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. 

Effective Nov 21, the flight from Kota Baru will depart at 10.40am and arrive in Malacca at 12.15pm. The return flight is at 12.40pm and will touch down in Kota Baru at 2.15pm.

Chief executive officer Chandran Rama Muthy said as the hybrid airline looked to further strengthen its position in the domestic sector, it was excited over introducing the new route.

“ No other airline currently offers it. With the addition of Malacca’s third route in a month, we’re looking at further expanding its potential as an international hub in Southeast Asia,” he added. — Bernama
