NEW YORK, June 9 — Online travel agency Destinia.com has released "Hotel near me," an app that allows users to search for and book hotel rooms through the famous wearable computer.

Using the wearer's GPS location data, the app finds the closest hotels and displays them in a list. The Google Glass user can browse through the options and even filter by price.

The app is also capable of showing additional information on each hotel and can even to take users on a virtual tour using the augmented reality glasses.

Once a hotel is selected, the app connects to Destinia.com to finalise the reservation. Users can even send additional instructions to the hotel if desired.
