LONDON, July 4 — Travel + Leisure magazine has released the results of its 18th annual World’s Best Awards 2013, in which readers vote for their favourite hotels and destinations.

Topping the best hotel category? A luxury safari camping experience among African wildlife in Botswana.

Readers also named the thriving, pulsing city of Bangkok as their top city destination for 2013.
