TOKYO, Feb 17 — A new trailer for retro-style adventure I Am Setsuna is sprinkled with accolades from earlier reviews ahead of a March 3rd launch on the Nintendo Switch.
Nintendo’s new console, the portable, TV-compatible Switch, debuts March 3rd 2017 and is supported by a handful of selected games, of which I Am Setsuna is one.
As a modern reworking of classic roleplaying games like Chrono Trigger and the early Final Fantasy releases, I Am Setsuna was reasonably well received upon its 2016 launch for PlayStation 4, Windows PCs and the portable PlayStation Vita.
Naturally, quotes and scores from the most glowing of those reviews are layered throughout a new trailer for the game.
Somewhat surprisingly it’s footage from the PlayStation 4 version of I Am Setsuna that is used to create not only a platform agnostic accolades trailer from publisher Square Enix, but also the Nintendo-specific edit that, at its close, details only the upcoming Switch release.
Other Switch launch titles include a new entry to a long running Nintendo franchise in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild as well as minigame collection 1-2 Switch, friendly dance-off Just Dance 2017, and accessible, multiplayer action game Super Bomberman R. — AFP-Relaxnews
