NEW YORK, Sept 8 — The latest version of the Sega and Sports Interactive football simulator, “Football Manger 2016”, will go on sale on November 13 for PC and Mac.
“Football Manger 2016” promises to be the most inclusive edition ever in terms of managing a team from the depths of despair to glory and so as much focus has been put into making the game enjoyable on tablet and other mobile formats as it is on its traditional desktop home.
“For some time now it’s been clear to us that there is no ‘one size fits all’ football management experience,” said Sports Interactive gaffer Miles Jacobson.
“While a huge number of our fans have the time and dedication required to devote themselves to the ‘full’ simulation, there’s an equally-large number who prefer a more streamlined option.
“Not only that, but the widespread availability of mobile devices means that people are playing in different ways.”
Therefore the classic ‘Touch’ version of “Football Manager” will now be available on both PC and for high-end tablets as a standalone game and the mobile edition for smartphones has also been seriously overhauled. — AFP-Relaxnews
