It’s a KLHC-UniKL showdown

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 7 — Kuala Lumpur Hockey Club (KLHC) came from behind to oust Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) 8-7 in a shootout in the semifinals to reach the TNB Cup final at National Hockey Stadium tonight.

KLHC were beaten 3-2 in the first leg semifinal on Sunday but fought back to in the second leg yesterday for a 4-3 win to push the match into a shootout.

After 11 attempts, Lee Nam-yong slotted home the winner for KLHC in the shootout.

KLHA will play UniKL, who defeated THT 6-3 on aggregate, in the final on Saturday.
