KUALA TERENGGANU, Oct 11 ― The Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium in Kuala Terengganu can host the Malaysia Cup second leg semifinal between T-Team and Selangor on Saturday.
"There are no problems during the inspection by FMLPP...and there is no necessity to look for another venue..the pitch is also in excellent condition,” he told reporters here after the inspection by FMLPP at the stadium, here today.
He said such inspections were a normal routine before a big match like the Malaysia Cup semifinals to ensure the pitch was in good condition and the security remained at the optimum level.
In the first leg held at the Shah Alam Stadium in Selangor, T-Team coached by Rachmad Darmawan lost 1-2 to Selangor.
Meanwhile, 10,000 tickets would be sold for the match starting Saturday morning while Selangor would be allocated 1,000 tickets.
Tickets are priced at RM20 for grandstand, RM10 for terrace and RM5 for children. ― Bernama
