KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak congratulated 2015 FA Cup champions Singaporean invited side Lions XII who defeated Kelantan 3-1 in the final at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil here yesterday night.

He also gave words of encouragement to the Kelantan squad which fought hard in the game.    

"Congratulations to Lions XII as 2015 FA Cup champions. Kelantan had put up a good fight, do not despair, we will try again next year. GomoKelateGomo," Najib posted in the his Twitter tonight.

Lions XII scored through Muhammad Faris Ramli in the 6th and Mohd Sahil Suhaimi in the 81st minute and during injury time while Kelantan's only goal was netted by Wan Zack Haikal Wan Nor in the 62nd minute. — Bernama
