KAZAN (Russia), June ‌19 — Russian President Vladimir Putin ‌told Singapore’s Prime Minister Lawrence Wong yesterday that the potential for economic cooperation ‌between their ⁠two ⁠countries ⁠had not been ⁠fully ⁠realised due ⁠to the impact of sanctions.
