SINGAPORE, April 1 — Singapore authorities are searching for a man who fell into the waters off Changi early yesterday morning.

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said it received an alert about the incident at approximately 12.20am.

CNA reported that the man reportedly fell from a moored barge.

MPA and the Police Coast Guard have deployed assets to search for him.

MPA said it has also issued a navigation broadcast advising passing vessels to keep a lookout.
