KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 6 — Swedish DJ and producer Axwell will headline Heineken House, a two-room music event taking place at XOX Arena, The Arch Galeries, Kuala Lumpur, on August 15.
According to a statement from Heineken Malaysia, the event will feature performances across the Star Arena main stage and the more intimate Star Club, which will have a 360-degree centre-stage setup.
“Heineken® House is built on a simple belief — that people have more in common than they realise,” Heineken Malaysia marketing director Sean O’Donnell said.
Axwell will be joined at the Star Arena by regional and local acts Blink, Dirty Signal, Mr Yang, Viene and AnnJo.
The Star Club will feature Baby J, Tye Turner, Ashley Lau, Smooth Brain Girly, Mister Rodrigo and MJ.
The event is part of Heineken’s global “Fans Have More Friends” campaign, which promotes social connections through shared interests such as music, football and Formula One.
Heineken Malaysia has also introduced its “Just Say Hei” initiative, encouraging attendees to start conversations and connect with others through common interests.
The company said additional activities aimed at helping fans interact during the event would be announced closer to the date.
Heineken House and its related promotions are restricted to non-Muslims aged 21 and above.
