SEOUL, May 27 — South Korean singer‑songwriter Lee Mu‑jin has filed a lawsuit against his management agency, seeking to terminate his exclusive contract over alleged failures to pay him properly for his work.
According to Korea Joongang Daily, Lee submitted the suit to the Seoul Central District Court, claiming the company had not provided full and timely settlements for his earnings. The dispute reportedly centres on unpaid fees tied to his music activities and appearances.
Lee, best known for his hit Traffic Light, is also said to be pursuing damages alongside the request to nullify the contract. His agency has not issued a public response.
The case adds to a growing list of contract‑related disputes by other artists under Big Planet Made, including SHINee's Taemin, Viviz and EXO-CBX members Chen, Baekhyun and Seohyun.
